As the index's audience and channels grow, so does what a Spotlight includes - and the price follows. Booking early is the discount.

The disclosure rules
Spotlight is a promotional placement, and we treat it like one:
- Every Spotlight placement is labeled "Spotlight" wherever it appears. Nobody sees it without the label.
- Spotlight never changes an employer's editorial status, its position in unpaid search or filter results, or any fact on its profile.
- Spotlight is unavailable to any employer currently in a Disputed state. A challenged claim gets resolved before a campaign runs, not alongside one.
